Discover this wonderful strawberry salad with its light cream.
50cl whole milk
3 egg yolks
60 g of cornstarch
80 g vanilla
20cl of very cold whipping cream
Heat the milk over low heat.
In a bowl, vigorously whisk the egg yolks and vanilla sugar until they whiten. Add the cornstarch then the hot milk, little by little.
Wash your strawberries and hull them. Gradually add the pastry cream and whipped cream. Mix gently.
In a cup pour your light cream, place the strawberries. Enjoy!
