Enjoy with a salad or in a burger bun, try these peanut pork patties. Economical, this recipe is a great idea to replace the traditional ground beef steak and will appeal to your children. Mine love them!

Directions
Ground the meat. Chop the parsley. Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
Put them in a bowl with the ground pork, egg, peanuts and parsley. Salt and pepper generously, mix thoroughly. With your fingers, form balls of stuffing and flatten them a little to form small discs. Powder them with Starch.
Preheat the oven to 180°. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, put the palets to brown over medium heat, about 3 minutes per side, then drain them on absorbent paper. Proceed in several stages, adding a little oil each time.
Place all the cooked patties in a large oven dish without overlapping them, and bake for about 10 minutes. Serve very hot with, for example, a salad.
