Easy and quick to prepare, this light and gourmet recipe will be perfect for diner. First steamed, the cod fillets and broccoli are then coated with a mixture of cream, breadcrumbs and slivered almonds before being baked au gratin. Serve it all with white rice for a complete and balanced dinner.
400g cod fillets
750g broccoli
75g sliced almonds
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
200ml cream
20g butter
salt and pepper

Directions
Steam the cod fillets for 10 minutes. At the same time, peel and chop the garlic. Clean the broccoli, cut the heads into strips, steam them for 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 210° and butter an oven dish. In a skillet with the remaining butter, brown the broccoli slices and the garlic for 5 minutes, salt and pepper. Arrange the cod fillets in the oven dish. Salt and pepper.
Cover them with pan-fried broccoli strips, top with liquid cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and slivered almonds. Bake the dish for about ten minutes, until the gratin is golden. Serve very hot.
