SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH CHIVES
Easy and delicious! To impress your friends at brunch time.
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tbsp of cream
- 3 tbsp of Chives
- Salt / Pepper
Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Crack the eggs into the pan, salt and pepper them. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring regularly with a spatula.
Cook for about 5 minutes. Just before the end of cooking, add the cream, mix and cook for 30 seconds more.
Serve on plates and sprinkle with chopped chives.
