This oven baked trout is incredible easy to make. The baked fish is tender, juicy, and flavorful thanks to lemon and herbs.
Ingredients:
- 1 | Trout
- 200g | Spring Onion
- 50g | Parsley
- 60g | Pine Nut
- 1 | Lemon
Directions
Preheat your oven to 150°C. Finely chop the spring onions and parsley.
In a large baking dish, drizzle the Trout with olive oil and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Place the thinly sliced lemon around and on the trout. Salt, pepper.
Bake for 30 mins. After 15 minutes of cooking, turn the trout over so that it also cooks on the other side.
Serve hot with fragrant rice and white wine!
