300g pizza dough
1 zucchini
Prosciutto di Parma
1/2 Goat cheese log
3 Carrots
8 baby radish
1 clove of garlic
Fresh thyme
Mint
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Dice Zucchini. In a medium skillet, brown the garlic clove with 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Add the zucchini and sauté for 7 minutes over medium heat, until they color a little while keeping their texture (still slightly firm). Salt and pepper.
Roll out the pizza dough and form a 12 or 18 discs of dough. Place them on the baking sheet.
Place a tablespoon of zucchini and one or two small cubes of goat cheese on top. Pour a drizzle of olive oil and bake for a maximum of ten minutes: the dough should color without drying out too much and the zucchini cook a little longer.
Meanwhile, prepare the salad. Peel the carrots and cut them into strips. Slice the radishes. Put in a bowl and season with a oil and salt.
Take out the small pizzas, garnish with a little thyme and mint. Serve hot with sliced ham in a bowl and the small carrot salad.
