500g Gemelli Pasta
200g Cooked Chicken breasts
60g Grated mimolette
100g Mushrooms
Knob of butter or olive oil
1 shallot
100ml Cream
50g Chives
Salt /pepper

Directions
Slice a shallot and thinly slice the mushrooms brown them in a frying pan with a knob butter.
Dice the chicken breasts and add them in the pan with a tablespoon of Wholegrain mustard.
Cook the pasta and add them in the pan. Simmer 5 minutes.
Add the cream with the grated mimolette and mix well.
Serve the pasta with a twist of pepper!
