Pidy's mini choux pastry profiteroles are hand-mixed the traditional way using butter, fresh whole eggs and a select grade of pastry flour. To serve, fill with patisserie cream and cover with dark chocolate dessert topping sauce. One bottle of chocolate sauce should be enough for 2 boxes of 75 profiteroles. Each piece is 4cm in diameter. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm.
