Ingredients

Plant based meat, Chickpeas, Kidney beans, Chopped Tomatoes, Corn, Onion, Garlic, canola oil, Cumin, Salt, Sugar, Cilantro, Bell pepper.

Instructions

1. Remove from pouch and microwave for 2-3minutes  

2. Reheat in pan for 5-7minutes (Defrost at least 1 day before)
