Ingredients:
- 1 pound lamb mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the lamb mince, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
