SICOLY®’s frozen beetroot purée without added sugar is made from whole red beetroots sourced in France, in the Northern region of the country which is the biggest producer. Previously cooked red beetroots are selected and then processed into a vegetable purée here in our production facilities.
For our clients to use this beetroot purées in both sweet and savoury recipes, the product has been elaborated without added sugar ( only those naturally contained in the beetroots).
