PREPARATION
Deep fry:
1. Preheat oil to 180°C
2. Deep fry frozen Fish for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden brown
Conventional oven:
1. Preheat oven to 220°C
2. Place frozen Fish on a baking rack and bake for 12 - 14 minutes, turning fish after 7 minutes
Grill:
1. Grill frozen Fish on medium heat for 7 - 9 minutes or until golden brown
