Les vergers Boiron add carefully selected Madagascar vanilla cloves to this 100% natural chestnut puree. The vanilla is finely ground and then infused in a sugar syrup. All the aromatic notes of vanilla intermingle with those of the chestnut puree. This original mixture produces an unrivalled taste and qualifies it as a “Gourmet Puree”.
