The must-have strawberry tart
A summer fruit that comes in many varieties, strawberries are highly coveted for many desserts, from when the very first signs of spring appear until the end of the summer.
A must-have dessert, our strawberry tart is made up of all butter shortcrust pastry and a delicate, almond-flavoured frangipane cream. The top of the tart is covered with strawberry halves, all arranged by hand in circles. It gives it a delicious, authentic look.
The combination of the crisp shortcrust pastry and the melt-in-the-mouth frangipane cream involves different textures with delicious summer flavours.
To make it even more indulgent, a strawberry compote enhances the tart and gives it a natural, sweet note.
How to prepare
IN THE REFRIGERATOR (4°C)
Straight from the freezer, remove all packaging, even mould, then place it on a serving plate.
Leave the tart to defrost at 4°C for about 9 hours 30 minutes.
