Reheating Smoked So It Remains Juicy and Full of Flavor. The thing to remember about smoked turkey is that it's already cooked. It just needs to be warmed up.

Reheating instructions

  1. Thaw the Smoked Turkey Drumsticks within cold-room or chiller with temperature of 0 to 3oC over-night for 36 to 48 hours.

  2. Lay the fully-thawed Smoked Turkey Drumsticks evenly on GN Pans or Baking Trays.

  3. Pre-heat oven to 250oF or 120oC.

  4. Add 1 Cup of Chicken Broth or Water into the GN Pans or Baking Trays, laid with thawed Smoked Turkey Drumsticks.

  5. Cover the GN Pans or Baking Trays with Aluminum Foil tightly.

  6. Place the GN Pans or Baking Trays into the Pre-heated oven for 1.5 to 2.0 hours. Turn the Smoked Turkey Drumsticks over, halfway (45 mins to 1.0 hour) through the reheating process. Add more Chicken Broth or Water, if require.

  7. Ensuring to cover the GN Pans or Baking Trays tightly with Aluminum Foil again upon turning.

  8. After 1.5 hours, using thermometer probe to check the internal temperature of the Smoked Turkey Drumsticks.

  9. The Smoked Turkey Drumsticks are ready to be served, when the meat is tender and internal temperature has reached 155oF or 68.3oC.
