Made with authentic recipe by Chef Julien. With 100% used of pumpkin and cook into sous vide method. A hearty soup for family feast particularly during festive seasons.

Packaging: Deliver cooked in sous vide (vacuum) pouch, pasteurized & frozen

Shelf life: 12 months (from Production), store at -18°c

 

Ingredients: Pumpkin, onion, cream, butter, salt & pepper, cooking oil, pumpkin seeds, xanthan gum 

Reheating Method

In Microwave

  1. Open the pouch and transfer the soup in a microwavable bowl
  2. Add few drop of water and cover with plastic film
  3. Process 3 minutes at 800W then stir, repeat if necessary
  4. Serve and enjoy

In water-bath, sous-vide cooking machine or steamer

  1. Set the temperature at 80°C (just below simmering point) 
  2. Plunge the pouch in water or in steamer for 15 minutes
  3. Remove pouch from the water (be aware of hot temperature)
  4. Open the pouch and serve

Reheat via stove or induction

  1. Remove soup from the pouch (defrost is required), then pour to saucepan
  2. Bring to boil till simmering 
  3. Pour to soup bowl to serve
