How do you cook Selar fish?

Step by Step:
  1. Clean fish & seasoned with some salt and tumeric powder on both sides of fish.
  2. Use blender to blend dried red chillies, shallots & garlic till fine paste. ...
  3. Heat some oil in pan, then pan fry fish on for about 2 mins on each sides with pan covered.
  4. Pan fry till golden brown on each sides.
  5. Remove & set aside.
