This cheese is a wonderful creation from the same region as our Tomme de la Patte d’Ours. The Lanset farm has about 400 goats that pasture on the mountains when summertime is over, and the snow has melted.

With their goats’ milk, they produce a large 10kg Tomme produced in the same way as a gruyère cheese: the curds are cooked and pressed, making it possible for pregnant ladies to eat this goat milk cheese!
