Pre-cut into 8 servings, this tart is made up of a coconut filling encased in delicious all butter shortcrust pastry and topped with grated coconut.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Straight from the freezer, remove all the packaging even the mould and place on a baking tray. Then, place the foil tray on top like a lid.
Heat for about 10 minutes, then leave to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
