These neutral duobelles can be used in very similar ways to the mini pastry spoons in terms of their shape and type of dough. It is suitable for either hot or cold savoury fillings, and does not have to be re-heated before use. Type of pastry: Neutral Foncage dough (made with butter). Each piece is 6cm long, 3cm wide and 1cm in height. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm.
