The olive oil we use is pure Sicilian.
Thanks to the island’s warm temperatures, mild winters and abundant sunshine, the olive trees grow in the best possible conditions.
The fruit is picked by hand and pressed at the same time as the lemons, which allows the essential oils in the lemons to mix with the oil making the blend even more aromatic. With little oxidation it is only slightly tart, with the lemon brining a hint of freshness.
