Reheating (best to thaw prior to reheating)

Ingredients: Oxtail, Onion, Carrot, Garlic, Celery, Red wine, Brown sauce, Herbs, Salt, Pepper, Canola oil
Store: Frozen at -12 to -18℃, best to thaw 24 hours prior to reheating
Instructions: Defrost a day before. Reheat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes or in a pot over the stove. Ensure heated thoroughly before consuming, add some water or stock if required.
