Artisanal Pulled Pork | 200g
A pork shoulder, slow-cooked and pulled into succulent little shreds, can become a thousand different meals. I can mix in some barbecue sauce and make pulled pork sandwiches, scatter the pork over pizza, or toss it into a sauce for pasta.
Reheating (best to thaw prior to reheating)

Traditional Oven: Without pouch, Reheat in oven @200c till middle is warm (6-8minutes).
Store: Frozen at -12 to -18℃, best to thaw 24 hours prior reheating
