Arrived in Singapore barely a year and a half ago, the Frenchwoman installed her kitchens at Paya Lebar, on the premises of the APSN, Association for Persons with Special Needs. Marie works with fifteen Singaporean adults with low IQ and teaches them how to make chocolate, but also how to prepare and package it, and then sell it to businesses. All of her chocolates are organic, because on her so-called "smart" plantation, the use of insecticides is prohibited. As for its so-called “vegan” chocolate, it contains no dairy products, hazelnuts or gluten
