Ingredients:
Cajun Chicken
500 g of pasta (spaghetti)
1 pinch of salt
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
4 tomatoes
2 tablespoons cream
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of Italian parsley

Directions
Shell the Chicken leg. Put aside.
Peel and chop the garlic cloves and onion. Split the peppers in 2, remove their stems, deseed them, wash them and cut them into cubes. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Wash the parsley and chop finely.
Cook the pasta in a large volume of salted water and cook for the cooking time indicated on the packaging, cooking al dente.
Pour 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil into a saute pan and heat over very high heat. When the oil is hot, sear the diced spicy chicken for 2 minutes, over the heat, still very high. Remove them from the skillet and reserve them on a plate.
In the same pan, pour another 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil then, add the onion, peppers and garlic. Brown for 4 to 5 minutes. It must not burn but almost :) . Then add the diced tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, still over high heat. Add the fresh cream and the chicken.
Drain the pasta, add the chicken sauce, the Parmesan and mix. Serve, sprinkled with parsley!
